LoL Patch 14.19: The Great Revolution of Split 3

League of Legends Split 3 comes with a major surprise: patch 14.19. This update will bring with it a series of significant modifications to items and runes, fundamental elements in the construction of any champion. From nerfs to dominant items to buffs to less popular options, players will need to rethink their strategies and discover new synergies.

With so many major changes on the way, you’ll want to know which ones will affect competitive play and your SoloQ. Fortunately, we have all the details on League of Legends patch 14.19 so far. Changes to Champions in League of Legends patch 14.19

Nerfs to Champions

  • Healing vs minions reduced from 100% to 60%

Reworks to Champions

  • Health regengrowth reduced from .65 to .5
  • Base AD increased from 59 to 60
  • AD growth reduced from 3.7 to 2.5
  • Armor growth reduced from 4.5 to 4
  • Attack range increased from 525 to 550
  • Attack speed ratio increased from .679 to .694
  • Attack speed increased from 50% – 110% to 60% – 120%
  • Base damage reduced from 95-295 to 70-210
  • Now scales with 50% bonus AD
  • Slow duration reduced changed from 1-3 to 2
  • Slow reduced from 60% to 40%
  • Passive base damage reduced from 55-155 to 45-105
  • Active base damage reduced from 70-110 to 60-100
  • Bonus AD ratio reduced from 50%-150% to 100%-140%
  • Crit ratio 33% to 75%
  • Base damage reduced from 300-500 from 275-375
  • Now scales with 70% bonus AD
  • Now stuns targets hit for .4 – .7 seconds
  • Spiderling health reduced by 5 at lvl 18 (all other unchanged)
  • Human E can now be combo’d with Flash
  • Spider E now grants bonuses even if she descends without a target
  • Cooldown reduced from 4 seconds to 3
  • Attack range reduced from 175 to 150
  • Base attack speed increased from 0.625 to 0.658
  • Attack speed ratio increased from 0.625 to 0.658
  • No longer gives bonus range
  • Base damage increased from 5-20 to 20
  • Base reduced from 30-130 to 70-190
  • AD ratio removed
  • Resists ratio increased from 30% to 35%
  • Width reduced from 150 to 100
  • Cast time increased from .45-.25 to .45-.35s
  • Cast time now scales down with resists instead of health
  • R no longer Q reduces cast time
  • Cooldown reduced from 4-1.75 to 3.5-1.75
  • Cooldown caps reduced from 250 resists to 120
  • RQ CDR reduced increased from 25% to 33%
  • RQ now slows
  • Min charge time reduced from .66 to .4
  • Base damage increased from 20-100 to 40-120
  • AD and resist ratio removed
  • HP damage changed from 6%-10% to 8%
  • HP damage now scales with 2% per 100 bonus resists
  • Stun duration changed from 1.25 to .5s-1.5 based on charge
  • RW now deals 10%-100% bonus true damage based on charge time
  • RW damage reduction increased from 60% to 75%
  • Monster cap changed from 50 – 475 (lvl) to 180 – 500 (rank)
  • Dash speed reduced from 900 to 550
  • RE dash speed reduced from 1450 to 950
  • Ally dash speed no longer scales with MS
  • RE ally dash speed increased from 1100 to 1400
  • Dash range is no longer increased during R
  • Cooldown reduced from 10.5-8.5 to 10-8
  • Now reduces E CD by 50%
  • RE no longer dashes terrain unless to ally
  • Damage changed from magic to physical
  • AP ratios removed
  • Base damage increased from 70-150 to 80-150 AP
  • Wall damage now scales with 5% bonus HP
  • Duration reduced from 20 to 15
  • Can no longer be cancelled by recast
  • No longer grants AD
  • Omnivamp increased from 15%-25% to 20%
  • No grants 50% BONUS armor pen (only bonus armor)
  • Attack speed increased from 25%-45% to 40%-80%

  • Tooltips now claim they require level 12, but they currently still require level 9

Doran’s Ring

Doran's Ring
  • Manaless health restore per second is now a fixed 0.55 instead of being x0.45 of the 1.25 mana value (equivalent to 0.5625)
    • This would allow them to balance the mana value independently of the manaless healing
    • Also note that “cannot gain mana” also applies to when you are full mana

Doran’s Shield

Doran's Shield
  • Tooltip no longer notes triggering the regen from large+ monsters

Dagger

Dagger
  • Cost: 300g –> 250g

Faerie Charm

Faerie Charm
  • Cost: 250g –> 200g

Sapphire Crystal

Sapphire Crystal
  • Cost: 350g –> 300g
  • Mana: 250 –> 300

Boots

Berserker’s Greaves

Berserker's Greaves
  • Recipe: Old: Boots + Dagger + 500g = 1100g –> New: Boots + Dagger + Dagger + 300g = 1100g

Lethal Tempo

Lethal Tempo
  • Attacking an enemy champion grants a stack of (5% if melee, 4% if ranged) AS for 6s, max 6 stacks.
  • At max stacks, attacks deal adaptive damage (9-30 linear 1-18, increased by 1% per 1% bAS, x0.667 total value for ranged)
  • “This rune also tracks the percent of your basic attacks against champions that are launched within 0.25s of when your attack is ready after previously attacking a champion”
