LoL 14.13 patch notes, buffs, nerfs and adjustments champions and runes

Spideraxe tells us several notes of the League of Legends patch 14.13, these will be implemented on Jun 26. All the changes can be changed, they are statistics that are being modified in the PBE and the Rioters publish in social networks.

Miss Fortune

• Base AD increased from 52 to 55

• Passive speed increased from 25 flat to 30 – 50
• Active speed increased from 55 – 95 to 60 – 100
• Now grants speed after 4 seconds out of combat and 3 seconds later instead of 5 secs then another 5

Lee Sin

• Stats
• W

• Health growth increased from 105 to 108

• Base shield increased from 50 – 250 to 70 – 250

Lissandra

• Stats

• AP ratio increased from 80% to 85%

• Cooldown reduced from 12 – 8 seconds to 10 – 8

Graves

• E

• Armor per stack increased from 2 – 14 to 4 – 16

Gangplank

• E

• Slow increased from 30% – 60% to 40% – 80%
• Slow no longer scales with 25% crit chance

Blitzcrank

• W

• Cooldown reduced from 15 seconds to 10

Xayah

• Base damage per feather increased from 50 – 90 to 55 – 95
• Cooldown reduced from 13 – 9 seconds to 12 – 8

Pantheon

• No longer has a bonus 5% AP ratio vs monsters

• Heal reduced from 6.5% max HP to 5.5%

Kennen

• Base health reduced from 611 to 580

• Heal changed from 5% – 8% max HP (R rank) to 4% – 8% (every lvl)

Adjustemts Champions

Varus

• Base AD reduced from 60 to 57
• Attack speed growth reduced from 4% to 3.5%

• Champ attack speed increased from 15% to 40% (attack speed ratio still removed)
• Now increases attack speed cap from 2.5 to 2.7632
• Pasive AD and AP now scales with 10% bonus attack speed instead of 1-15/1-30, increased to 15% for champs
• AD reduced from 3-20 to 1-15
• Champ AD reduced from 16-40 to 10-35
• AP reduced from 8-35 to 1-30
• Champ AP reduced from 30-70 to 20-60

• W on-hit base increased from 7 – 31 to 7 – 35
• W cooldown refund per stack increased from 12% to 13%
• WQ missing HP damage increased from 6% – 10% to 6% – 14% (6 – 14% live but it scaled with lvl instead of rank)

Update to objects patch 14.13

• Opportunity

• Takedown speed increased from 150 to 200
• Passive lethality is now reduced to 60% for ranged champs

Update to runes patch 14.13

• Electrocute

• Base damage changed from 30 – 220 to 50 – 190
• Cooldown reduced from 25 – 20 seconds to 20 flat

• Dark Harvest

• Base damage reduced from 20 – 80 to 20 flat
• Damage per soul increased from 5 to 9
• Cooldown reduced from 45 seconds to 40
