14.11 patch notes, buffs and champion nerfs

Spideraxe tells us several notes of the League of Legends patch 14.11, these will be implemented on May 30. All the changes can be changed, they are statistics that are being modified in the PBE and the Rioters publish in social networks.

• This is the buff to the top and mid turrets that disappears after 5 minutes
• First Turret Gold: 150 –> 300
