LoL 14.17 Patch Notes: All Buffs, nerfs and adjustments

Patch 14.16 has already arrived in the official game but Spideraxe tells us several patch notes of the League of Legends patch 14.17, these will be implemented on 28 August.

All the changes can be changed, they are statistics that are being modified in the PBE and the Rioters publish in social networks.

League of Legends patch 14.17 Champions Update

Champions Buffs

  • Attack speed increased from 0.594 to 0.610
  • Coooldown reduced from 30/24/19/15/12 to 26/22/18/14/10
  • Cooldown reduced from 13-7 to 13-6
  • Q1 damage increased from 45-105 to 45-125
  • The percentage of attack speed granted by Q increased from 30% to 35%.
  • Flat damage increased from 80-160 + 80% AD bonus to 80-200 + 100% AD bonus.
  • Cooldown reduced from 14-10 to 14-8
  • Damage increased from 80-200 to 80-220
  • Slow increased from 30/45/75% to 45/60/75%
  • Damage increased from 70-150 to 75-155
  • Cooldown reduced from 210-150 to 180-140
  • Damage changed from 15-235 +1.25-1.45 total AD to 90-370 +1.5-1.9 bonus AD
  • AD bonus Ratio increased from 90% to 110%
  • Damage increased from 60-220 to 60-240

Champions Nerfs

  • Damage reduced from 200/325/450 to 175/275/375
  • Base health reduced from 640 to 610
  • DoT large monster damage cap reduced from 80 to 30 (Large monsters only and not epics like baron or dragons)
  • Explosion is now capped at 275 – 675 (1 to 17) for large monsters (not epics)
  • Base AD reduced from 62 to 60
  • AP Ratio reduced from 70/80/90/100 to 60/70/80/90, levels 1/6/11/16
  • AP Ratio reduced from 85% to 75%
  • AP Ratio reduced from 45% to 40%
  • AP Ratio reduced from 75% to 70%
  • Monster damage cap reduced from 70 – 150 to 70 – 100
  • Base armor reduced from 37 to 33
  • Maximum health damage reduced from 6% to 5%.
  • Healing reduced from 40-120 + 80% AP to 40-100 + 60% AP (AD ratio unchanged)
  • AP Shield Ratio reduced from 70% to 50%
  • AP Ratio reduced from 70% to 60%
  • Shield reduced from 60-160 to 60-140
  • Cooldown changed from 22-18 to 22

  • Movement reduction changed from 60% for 2s to 50% for 1.5s
  • Warmog’s Armor

  • The price increased from 3100 to 3300.
  • Passive speed reduced from 10% to 5%.

League of Legends patch 14.17 Runes Update

This patch focuses on ADC systems, with specific changes to Absorb Life, Cut Down, and Fleet Footwork. Many ADCs, especially in the mid lane, are using these runes with great success. The combined effect of these rune changes, along with alterations to AP and ADC items, experience, and other factors, has significantly boosted the power of ADCs in solo lanes.

  • Healing reduced from 5-120 to 5-100
  • Movement speed from 20% for 1.25s to 15% for 1s
