LoL 14.16 Patch Notes: All Buffs, nerfs and adjustments

Patch 14.15 has already arrived in the official game but Spideraxe tells us several patch notes of the League of Legends patch 14.16, these will be implemented on 14 August.

All the changes can be changed, they are statistics that are being modified in the PBE and the Rioters publish in social networks.

League of Legends Champions Update 14.16 lol

Patch 14.16 is focused on both solo queue and professional play. There have been a lot of changes made to make solo queue fairer, such as penalizing top laners for solo kills, reducing the overall power of ADCs with more item nerfs, and buffing champions who need it.

Lol Patch 14.16 Buffs Champions

  • Health regeneration increased from 3.5 to 5
  • Armor increased from 22 to 25
  • Ability Power Ratio increased from 50% to 55%
  • Dark Sphere damage increased from 90/130/170 + 17% AP to 100/140/180 + 17% AP
  • Starting Health increased from 575 to 600
  • AP ratio to first target increased from 25% to 30%.
  • Base damage increased from 65-205 to 75-215

“We’re reducing the difference between maxing Q or E and making pure AP builds stronger by improving ratios.”

  • Damage increased from 80-200 + 35% AP to 80-240 + 45% AP
  • Base damage increased from 20-80 to 20-60
  • R basic attack effectiveness reduced from 30-40% to 25-35%
  • Maximum damage increased from 90-290 to 100-300
  • Min base damage increased from 45 – 145 to 50 – 150

“We want to introduce tank builds for players who want them and bolster his early game now that his Q3 is much weaker.”

  • Health increased from 610 to 630
  • Base AD increased from 60 to 63
  • AD ratio increased from 0.6 to 0.8
  • Armor increased by 1 at all levels (stacks up to 6 armor)
  • Attack speed increased by +5% at all ranks

Lol Patch 14.16 Nerfs Champions

  • Cooldown increased from 8-6 to 9-7
  • Mana cost increased from 60-80 to 80

Lol Patch 14.16 Adjustemts Champions

“Lucia and Corki these changes are specifically targeted at professional and elite-level solo queue where they have dominant pick rates. We’re making specific adjustments that we believe are mid-game focused.”

  • The total AD ratio increased from 0.15 to 0.2
  • Damage increased from 95-215 to 85-205

“We want to give her a bit more control in the early game and boost her secondary role in the jungle. We think her identity as a scaling assassin is unique and worth preserving, but we want to make the early laning phase more forgiving and smoother.”

  • Armor increased from 28 to 31
  • Damage increased from 50-190 + 75% AD to 60-180 + 90% AD
  • Monster damage increased from 150% to 175%
  • Base damage reduced from 8-64 to 8-40
  • AD ratio reduced from 1.75 to 1.25

“We want to make it harder for her to be the “primary carry” unless she gets ADC levels of gold income. As a support, she should be more… supportive! This means she will be stronger alongside ADCs in lane and a bit weaker alongside tanks. Essentially, we’re balancing her power between solo queue and pro play. Also, if Senna occasionally considers AP items, that’s fine. We don’t want them to overshadow AD builds, just be a viable option.”

  • Attack speed growth reduced from 4% to 2%
  • Crit per 20 souls reduced from 10% to 8%
  • DamageBase heal increased from 40 – 80 to 40 -120
  • Heal AP ratio increased from 40% to 80%
  • Heal AD ratio increased from 30% bAD to 40%
  • Heal no longer scales with lethality
  • Slow AP ratio increased from 6% per 100 AP to 10%
  • Slow AD ratio increased from 10% per 100 bAD to 15%increased from 50-190 + 75% AD to 60-180 + 90% AD
  • Root duration increased from 1 – 2 seconds to 1.25 – 2.25
  • Base shield increased from 100 – 200 to 120 – 200
  • Shield AP ratio increased from 40% to 70%
